Whether you are accessing Medicare rebates with a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan, using NDIS funding (Plan- or Self-Managed), or choosing to self-fund your care, we aim to make fees, billing and simple and straightforward.

Fees for comprehensive assessments and reports are quoted individually based on the scope, complexity and professional time required.

Professional social work support to help you navigate complex disability, health and aged care systems, access appropriate services, coordinate supports and advocate for your needs and goals.

per 60-minute individual session

Standard Rate: $180 plus GST per session

Founding supervisee Launch Rates are available for single session appointments booked and attended by 31 December 2026.

3 Sessions (Starter Intensive): $390 + GST ( Save $30) ($429 Incl GST)

Best for: Ad-hoc case consultations, urgent ethical reviews, or experiencing an initial session before selecting a package.

5-Session Core Practice Pack: $650 + GST (Save $50) ($715 Incl GST)

Best for: Regular monthly or flexible check-ins across a 6-month period, including mid-cycle goal tracking.

10-Session Annual Pathway | $1,250 + GST ($1,375.00 incl. GST) -Save $150 (Net $125/hr + GST)

Best For: Clinicians fulfilling mandatory annual AASW CPD supervision requirements, Social workers actively working toward their Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW) credential. New graduates and early-career clinicians seeking structured practice coaching, case formulation guidance, boundary-setting, and burnout prevention. Senior clinicians stepping into emerging leadership and management roles.

Includes: Priority booking, between-session triage support, and formal annual CPD validation reports.

Session Timing

Each consultation is scheduled for 50 minutes, allowing dedicated time for appropriate documentation, reflection and any necessary professional follow-up or administrative work.

Concession & Accessible Care

At The AATHMA CARE, We believe financial circumstances should not be a barrier to seeking support.

Limited concession rates may be available for clients experiencing financial hardship, including Single parents, Pensioners, International students, Health Care or concession card holders. Concession rates will be available to people seeking long term therapy.


If the standard fee is difficult for you, please get in touch. We may be able to offer a reduced-fee appointment, subject to availability.

International students and other temporary visa holders are encouraged to check their health insurance policy to determine whether any benefits are available for the service. Insurance coverage varies between policies.
